An unannounced inspection was conducted on 10/25/2023 in response to a complaint that was received on 10/13/2023 regarding special care provisions and emergencies. Interviews with family member and staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection did not result in violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers.
