Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on September 17, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 3, 2024 relating to allegations of supervisions. The inspector reviewed tow staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
