Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/01/2022. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards referenced above.
There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 2 years old, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical environment and equipment and care of children. One caregiver record was reviewed.
