Inspector Notes
AN unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on today's date. The provider has 9 children in care. An assistant is also present. A total of 22 points. The children will have Chicken nuggets, sweet potatoes and apples for lunch. Observed lots of activities during the inspection, the children were playing with blocks, playing with toys and balls. The provider is in the middle of potty training several children. Lots of interaction between the caregivers and children. The provider will be on leave from June 16 to July 7th, 2023. A violation notice was given to the provider with this visit summary. 1Evidence: The provider has removed the sheets because the children take the sheets off during nap time. Currently non of the cribs have sheets.
