Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/18/2024 between the hours of 8:00am-9:00am. There were 8 children directly supervised by the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in music and movement. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
