An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 56 children (ages 5-12yrs) present with six staff .
The children were eating a snack, playing in the gym and making a craft .
Five child records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed.
You reported that the playground is not in use.
