Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection.
The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather.
Children were observed resting quietly, preparing for rest time, washing hands and during feeding.
2 child and 4 staff records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances.

Emergency evacuation drills, injury reports, labeling/dating of infant bottles, cot spacing and supervision were all in compliance.

Based on a review of records, staff left alone with children do not have documentation of completing first aid and CPR training.
Evidence:
Staff A has not completed first aid and CPR training. The CPR course documented is no acceptable as it is an online class only with no hands on component.
