The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 02/28/2024 and concluded on 02/28/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 02/26/2024 for allegations regarding hand washing, cleanliness, and supervision. Interviews and policy reviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
