Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 15, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit from 1:40 p.m. through 3:40 p.m. There were twenty-nine children in the care of nine staff. Three children records and four staff records were reviewed and updated. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
Areas observed were: outside play, hand washing/bathroom procedures, and educational activities. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
