Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/02/2023 and concluded on 11/02/2023. There were 49 children present, ranging in ages from 5 years to 12 years with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

1Evidence:
1. In the cafeteria for school-age children, had an unlocked cabinet containing rubbing alcohol and Streak-free Crystal Clear Foaming Glass Cleaner. The label on the rubbing alcohol stated "keep out of reach of children," and "caution." The label on the Streak-free Crystal Clear Foaming Glass Cleaner stated "keep out of reach of children" , "caution" and "warning."
