Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 8 children (20pts) with the Provider and 1 Assistant was present. When the Inspector arrived, the children and staff were outside playing in the backyard. The children were playing musical chairs while the younger children were riding small bikes. The children were offered water to drink by staff while outside. A nice transition from outside to inside was observed. The children were directed to wash hands and prepare for lunch. Lunch today was tomatoes/avocados and pasta. No medication needs at this time and no topical ointments were onsite. A total of 4 children's records, Provider, assistant and household member's files were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
