Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 5 children (8pts) with the Provider were onsite. The children were transitioning from morning activities to lunch. Two children were observed strapped in booster tray seats and the remaining children sat at a table. The provider was observed serving the children lunch and encouraging them to eat. Ample amount of food was noticed for second helping if requested. The children were engaged with the provider and assisted with folding the floor covering used at meal time. Handwashing procedures were observed before and after lunch. The children had painted the letter "O" in orange paint as they learned about the letter 'O" for orange. Observation of the crib room, the second programming room used for play and cots for napping, bathroom, backyard/outside play equipment and additional areas of the home was made. A total of all 5 children's records, all household and staff records were reviewed. This inspection occurred between 12pm and 1:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
