Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were a total of 3 children (6pts) with the Provider and 1 Assistant. The children had just completed a painting activity where they painted the American flag. They transitioned from this activity to one of the program rooms where they interacted with each other as they played with legos. A walk thru of the home was conducted. The home was found neat and organized. No food allergies identified at this time. The children were excited about celebrating birthdays tomorrow as they practiced singing "Happy Birthday" to each other. They were observed getting their coats on independently and their shoes as they transitioned to the backyard where there is ample space to run and play with toys and play equipment. No new children enrolled from the last inspection and files were reviewed for the 3 children and were found complete. Both staff records were reviewed along with 1 household record. Staff training is well documented and focused on programmatic operations. This inspection occurred between 10:30am and 11:45am. Thank you for your cooperation today.
