Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on May 22, 2023 beginning at 11:43pm and ending at 2:11pm. There were 38 children, ages 10 months through 5 years old, in the care of 9 direct care staff. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys, playing on the playground, and infants were observed interacting with caregivers. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/28/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 12/15/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 10/18/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/09/2022.
