Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:20 am- 12:20 pm with the director. There were 46 children, ranging from five months to five years of age, present with nine staff supervising. Infant care was observed and older children were engaged in playing in structured centers, working on arts and crafts projects and eating lunch. Lunch served today: chicken salad sandwiches on whole grain bread, carrots, peaches and milk. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed, along with the emergency drill log, written daily attendance, written allergy list, five medications and authorization forms, two allergy care plans, two vehicles and the annual fire and health inspections.
