The center is required to maintain a written record of daily attendance for each group of children, that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
On 11/10/25, at approximately 10:00am, the attendance record in the infant classroom contained documentation of a child being present who was no longer present, and another child was not marked present who was present.
