Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 - 11:45 am with staff. There were 83 children, ranging from six months to six years of age, present with 13 staff supervising. Infant care was observed, and older children were observed playing outside on the playground, engaged in free play in centers, participating in circle time activities and creating seasonal arts and crafts projects. Five child records, five staff records, ten medications and authorization forms were reviewed along with the emergency drill log, daily attendance, written allergy list, menu, and required posted information.
