Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:30am through 11:15am. There were no children present with the Provider. A total of 1 child file and 1 staff file were reviewed and found to be in compliance. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. No violations were found during today's inspection.
