Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/4/24 from 9:50 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. with the provider. There was one child in care, two-years-old, for a total of two points. The child was observed in free play. Four child records and one staff record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. No medication was on site and the provider understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication). The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Violations
2Evidence: In the kitchen area a toaster oven and coffee machine were plugged in and not in use.
Based on review of the written attendance record and interview with the provider, the provider did not ensure all children were included on the written attendance record.
Evidence: There was no written attendance record at the time of inspection.
