Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/14/22 from 10:40am to 12:05pm with the director. There were 30 children in care, ranging in age from three-months to three-years-old, supervised by 10 staff. The infants were observed riding in a buggy on the playground; older children were observed playing outside on the playground and with bubbles, and having drinks of water before coming inside and washing hands; another class was observed playing in dramatic play in their classroom. Three child records and two staff records were reviewed and were in compliance. All of the staff have current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as Daily Health Observation Training. There were no medications on site for children. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and were in compliance. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 12/28/21 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 10/20/21.
