Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/14/2022 from 9:00am to 11:30am. There were 13 children ages 18 months to age 4 years old supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, programming, menus, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, 2 injury reports, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed participating in dramatic play, playing with cars, and eating. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Violations
2Evidence:
1)In the kitchen area off of the main hallway there is no door and the cabinet under the sink was unlocked and contained 2 gallons of bleach.
2)In the teacher resource area off of the main hallway there is no door and there was a box of bleach sitting in the entryway to this area.
3)In the janitorial closet off the main hallway, the door was unlocked and there was a multi-surface cleaner, bleach and glass cleaner located inside the closet.
Evidence: In the Infant classroom, Child #4 had breast milk that was stored in the refrigerator and was not dated or labeled with the child?s name.
