Inspector Notes

An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Director on 5/9/23 from 10:30 - 11:15 am. There were 17 children present, ranging in age from three years to four years of age, supervised by four staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys in centers and preparing for graduation. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with five staff and two child records.
