Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:52am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present = 6 points with the provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The home was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
