A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance with the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the provider had not completed the department's annual health and safety training course. Evidence: The most recent documentation/certification for this course was dated as completed 2/29/20.
Plan of Correction: On 4/19/23, the inspector received an email from the provider that included the annual health and safety course certificate dated as completed 4/18/23.
