Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted 9/18/2025 from 11:25am - 12:20pm. There were 3 chlidren and 1 caregiver present during the time of the inspection; totaling 7 points. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 1 caregiver record onsite. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
