A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated on June 24, 2024 and the inspection concluded on June 24, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 2:00 p.m. and ended at 3:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
