The Department received a complaint regarding staff qualifications. An onsite complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 06/03/2022. On 06/03/2022, the licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 11:10am until 3:30pm. The inspector conducted interviews, completed observations and reviewed documentation.
