Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/1/22. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children present with 5 staff supervising. The children were observed eating lunch. The center is currently not providing meals and snacks, and children are bringing food from home. There were no medications on site. A virtual tour of the playground was also conducted to assess the outdoor space. 2 children records, 3 staff records, the emergency preparedness plan and drill records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
