Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 2/15/23 from 10:35 am to 11:40 am. There were 9 children present in the direct care and supervision of 4 staff members. The children were engaged in learning and art activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Medications, first aid supplies, and the outdoor playground was inspected. A total of 5 staff records, 2 children's records and emergency drill logs were reviewed.

Violations
3Evidence:
1. Peeling paint was found on the at the bottom of a square beam in the Pre-K classroom.
2. One of three toilets for the Pre-K classroom had a broken toilet seat.
Evidence: 2 lunch bags brought from home in the 2's classroom were not labeled and dated.
Evidence: Written attendance was not recorded for the Pre-K classroom for 2/14/23 and 2/15/23.
