Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 6/5/2025 and completed on 7/3/2025 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/2/2025 relating to allegations of Programs, Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
