Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/8/22 from 11:05am until 12:30pm. At the time of entrance, there were 11 children in care, for a total of 22 points, with the provider and 2 assistants. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 provider/assistant/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed participating in morning learning activities and eating lunch. Lunch service, handwashing and restroom procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law and no violations were issued.
