A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/8/23 from 12:30pm until 3:05pm. At the time of entrance, there were 10 children in care, for a total of 20 points, with the provider and one assistant. A sample of 5 children's records and 4 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed eating lunch and resting quietly during nap time. Restroom and handwashing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law. One violation is listed on the violation notice and was discussed with the provider during the exit interview.
