Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:10am and 11:00am. There were 11 children directly supervised by the provider and one assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and completing a Father's Day craft. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
