Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:45am-11:00am. There were 10 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, and evacuation drills were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed during storytime, sing-along, playing freely, and having snack. Handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
