Inspector Notes
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 9:15am and 11:40am. There were 4 classrooms observed with a total of 52 children with 10 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed being dropped off by their parents, singing holiday songs, eating their morning snacks, putting coats and gloves on to play outside and other organized activities. There is an ample amount of supplies and activities available to the children. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Violations
3Evidence: Several cleaning agents were stored on the top shelf of a wall cabinet in the toddler classroom. There were several sleeves of napkins and a stack of plates on the shelf below the cleaning materials.
Evidence: Two bottles of sunscreen were observed in a cabinet in the toddler classroom without names to identify the owner.
Evidence: There was no fire drill documented for the month of October. Center staff confirmed that a fire drill was not practiced in October.
