Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/9/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:45 a.m. and ended at 1:15 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 58 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

A cleaning agent was observed on the floor of the bathroom in classroom 2.
Plan of Correction: This is a staff bathroom and is not used by children. I will move it today into our staff kitchen where it can be locked.
