Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/3/2024 from 10:30 am-11:30 am. There were 9 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregivers records, 6 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed celebrating a birthday, eating a snack, and partipating in circle time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
