Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/17/22 from 9:45am to 11:10am with the provider and one assistant. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from 12-months to four-years-old, for a total of 20 points. Children were observed having free play with toys and napping. Six child records, the provider?s record, one assistant record, and one household member record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported that there were no medications for children on site, but the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
