An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/01/2023 from 11:25am to 1:00pm as the result of a self-reported incident involving a possible supervision incident on the playground. The physical plant was observed, 2 child records were reviewed, and interviews were conducted. There was no evidence of a supervision issue found during this inspection.
