Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 13/2022. Upon arrival at 2:20 PM there were a total of 8 children under the care of 2 staff present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the Licensee failed to ensure all household members ages 18 year of age and older completes a fingerprint background check.

EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 staff/household member records. Records for Household Member #1 did not include documentation of a completed fingerprint background check within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Household Member #1 date of birth is 2/2004.
