Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/29/2024 from 9:15 am to 10:51 am. Five children, ages two years to four years (total of 10 points) were in care with two caregivers. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records, two provider records, two household member records, one pet record, and other program records. The children were observed in free indoor play, exercising to a tape/tv show, and outdoor play.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
