Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted 5/16/2022. A review of staff records was conducted on 6/3/2022. Upon arrival to the center the children and staff were busy playing with the various toys available. The children also had circle time, read books, listened to music. Lunch and hand washing was also observed. There were 12 children present, the youngest was 16 months, with five staff.
Five children's and two staff records were reviewed.
