Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was initiated and completed on 5/3/2024 from 11:20 until 12: 30. There were 16 children and 7 staff present. Five children?s records were reviewed. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands, and during rest time.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered determined no violations.
