Based on observation, Children's hands were not washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes before and after eating meals or snacks.
Evidence:
The teachers, Staff # 1 and Staff #2 did not direct the children to wash their hands before sitting them down to the table to eat morning snack. There were 8 children in the classroom and none washed their hand prior to eating snack.
