Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 2, 2024 between the hours of 9:10am and 10:40am. There was a total of 30 children with 6 staff members supervising. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities, outdoor play time and handwashing procedures. Positive interaction was observed during the inspection.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, children and staff records, nutrition, special care and emergencies. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Evidence: The only date documented for a shelter-in-place in 2023 was on 9/19/23.
