A complaint inspection was initiated on 02/16/2022 and concluded on 02/25/2022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of special provisions and emergencies.. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. Based on a review of records, review of policies and procedures, and staff interviews, the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
