An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 6/06/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 6/06/2023. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents and policies were reviewed relating to the allegations of retaliation and the center?s termination policy. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
