An unannounced inspection was initiated on 09/18/2024and completed on same in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/16/2024 relating to allegations of ratios and supervision. This inspection included; document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
