Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/9/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:40PM and ended at 2:38PM. The on-site inspection began at 12:40PM and ended at 2:38PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 73 children, 10 staff and 4 administrative staff present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 3 staff records and 8 medications on-site. This inspection included-
? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
