Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 10 children (33 points) present with three caregiver's supervising. The home, children's records, staff records, household member records, bottles, cribs, menu's, evacuation logs, attendance logs, training records and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed.
